If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact T13 ASSOC immediately.

04

Events and Registrations

Event registrations are subject to the conditions applicable to each individual event.

T13 ASSOC may require certain information to process an event registration.

A registration may remain pending until the required conditions, including payment where applicable, have been fulfilled and verified.

The user is responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

05

Event Participation

Participation in T13 ASSOC activities may involve physical activity and inherent risks.

Participants are required to: Follow all applicable safety rules; Follow instructions from event staff; Use required protective equipment; Behave responsibly; Inform the organisation of relevant information required for safe participation; Immediately report incidents or safety concerns.

Specific events may have additional participation requirements, rules or terms. Those requirements will apply in addition to these Terms.

Where an event requires payment, the applicable price and payment conditions will be communicated during the registration process.

A registration may not be considered validated until the organisation confirms the applicable payment or other required condition.

Any cancellation, refund or transfer conditions applicable to a specific event will be communicated in the event's terms.

07

Event Changes and Cancellation

T13 ASSOC reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify event schedules, locations, formats or other operational details.

Where changes materially affect participants, reasonable communication will be provided.

Where an event must be cancelled, the applicable refund or alternative arrangements will be determined in accordance with the event-specific conditions and applicable law.

08

Unless otherwise stated, the website, application, branding, logos, graphics, text, visual materials and other content made available by T13 ASSOC are owned by or licensed to T13 ASSOC.

Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use is prohibited unless permitted by law or authorised by T13 ASSOC.

10

Third-Party Services

The website and application may rely on third-party services.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

T13 ASSOC is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services outside its control.

11

Availability and Maintenance

T13 ASSOC aims to maintain the availability and reliability of its digital services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to: Maintenance; Technical problems; Security incidents; Infrastructure failures; Third-party service interruptions; Circumstances outside T13 ASSOC's reasonable control.

12

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, these Terms do not exclude or limit liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any limitations of liability must be interpreted subject to mandatory Portuguese and European law.

This wording is important because Portuguese rules on standard contractual terms prohibit certain exclusions or limitations, including those relating to life, physical integrity or health and certain cases of serious fault.

13

Suspension or Termination

T13 ASSOC may suspend or restrict access to an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user: Has breached these Terms; Has provided fraudulent information; Has attempted to compromise the platform; Has engaged in unlawful activity; Has seriously breached event rules.

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to address the issue.

14

Changes to These Terms

T13 ASSOC may update these Terms when necessary.

The updated version will be published on this website.

Where changes materially affect an existing contractual relationship, applicable legal requirements concerning notice and acceptance will be respected.

15

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Portugal, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

16

Consumer Dispute Resolution

Where applicable, consumers may use the mechanisms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/RAL) available under Portuguese law.

The applicable ADR entity depends on the nature and location of the dispute.

Do not add a specific arbitration centre here until the correct entity for T13 ASSOC's activity and registered location has been confirmed. Portuguese consumer rules impose information obligations in this area.
